Australia Returns & Refunds Policy
At Mystical Beauty & Wellness, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect product selection.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, beauty and wellness products cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or defective.
Sale Items
Sale and clearance items cannot be returned for change of mind. Consumer rights still apply where an item is faulty or defective.
Return Postage
Customers may initially be asked to pay return postage. If the product is confirmed to be faulty or defective, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@mysticalbeauty.com.au with your order number, details of the issue and photos where possible.
Where possible, please arrange the return within 30 days of receiving your order. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this timeframe.
International Orders
For international orders, the same Returns & Refunds Policy above applies, with the following additional conditions:
- International customers may initially be responsible for return postage.
- If an item is confirmed faulty or defective, reasonable return costs may be reimbursed where required by applicable consumer law.
- Customs duties, import taxes and local charges are the customer’s responsibility and are generally not refundable by Mystical Beauty & Wellness.
- International refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Any additional rights available under the consumer laws of the customer’s country will continue to apply where legally required.
