Please do not wait until you receive your reminder message to cancel. If you know you cannot make your appointment, notify us as soon as possible so we have time to fill your appointment space. Late cancellations result in lost income, unfilled appointment times, and another client missing out on that appointment.

To secure your booking, full payment is required upfront at the time of booking. This ensures that your appointment time is held exclusively for you.
