At Mystical Beauty & Wellness, we value your time and our commitment to providing you with exceptional treatments at every visit. To ensure fairness and respect for both clients and therapists, the following booking policy applies to all appointments:

Deposits

💜 A $50 deposit is required for all bookings over $50, refundable upon completion of your service.

💜 Bookings under $50 require a 50% deposit, also refundable upon completion of your service.

Cancellations & No Shows

💜 We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

💜 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total treatment cost.

💜 No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost, automatically processed 15 minutes after the missed appointment time.

Our time is valuable, as is yours. Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations result in lost income and prevent other clients from booking available spaces.

Please do not wait for your reminder message the day before to cancel — if you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly do so as soon as possible to allow another client the opportunity to book.
